Data Collected

We collect the following information when you submit a contact or enquiry form, or subscribe to the studio mailing list:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• City and country (optional)
• Message or enquiry content
• For newsletter subscribers: email address only

Purpose

Your information is used solely to:

• Respond to enquiries about works or other matters you have raised.
• Send the studio newsletter to those who have subscribed — occasional messages from the studio and notification of new works.

Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent. You give consent by completing the form and ticking the consent checkbox.

Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. Enquiry messages are deleted once the matter has been resolved. Newsletter subscriber data is deleted upon unsubscription.

Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are processed via Netlify's form management service; Netlify acts as a data processor and is bound by GDPR-compliant data processing terms.

Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Request information about what data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter.
